How are you feeling?

How are you feeling today?

We ask the children frequently how they are feeling and we encourage them to talk about any worries they may have. We ask them to share reasons that make them feel happy or sad, worried or elated.

It is good to talk about your feelings.

I challenge you today to think of;

One thing that make you feel happy.

One thing that make you feel proud and

one thing that makes you feel excited.
